We have a whole weekend planned out for you in Minneapolis including heart pumpin' fitness classes, educational sessions, Q&A's with the GHUTV Trainers, and plenty of picture taking, yummy food and fun! Meet your fellow GHUTV Squad members, make new friends, and do something good for YOU because you deserve it!
The Get Healthy U TV Fitness Weekend is for all Get Healthy U TV members and non-members who are looking for a weekend full of education, inspiration and of course, fun workouts with your favorite TV trainers! This is your opportunity to meet Chris, the team of GHUTV trainers and the community of women you’ve been interacting with online!

Originally built as a train station over a century ago, this hotel is near the Mississippi River with easy access to Metro Transit Light Rail stations and an onsite parking lot. The light rail blue line goes directly from Minneapolis - St. Paul Intl. Airport to the Government Plaza Station - a 3-block walk or 4-minute cab ride to the hotel.

Shelley is a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is passionate about making fitness fun and challenging while being accessible to all levels! Her mantra is, “this is not a dress rehearsal, this is your life.”
Leah Zahner is a personal trainer and Pure Barre Instructor. Leah frequently utilizes music and rhythm as well as the elements of balance, core integration, and flexibility.
Lindsey Bomgren is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and barre instructor. She’s the founder behind Nourish Move Love, where she shares all her tips and tricks on how to stay healthy and fit.
Chris Freytag is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, health coach and the founder of Get Healthy U TV. She is also Pilates and yoga trained. Chris has been teaching, training, writing books, and creating DVDs for decades with the passion to help women live well and age with grace.

Cancel within 7 days of purchasing your ticket for a full refund or before December 31st, 2019 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be accepted after December 31st, 2019. All cancellations must be received in writing via fax, post, or e-mail. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be received before April 1st, 2020.
