By making a few daily habit changes, you’ll feel a huge sense of accomplishment when you see how many miles you’ve walked at the end of the challenge. Plus, a month of consistent walking will help establish a regular walking routine that becomes part of your long-term healthy lifestyle!
Walking 100 miles in 30 days is just 3.3 miles a day on average! One mile is about 2,000 steps, so you're aiming for roughly 6,500 steps daily. With a step tracker, every step counts towards your goal! This includes walks for exercise, dog walking, chores, and errands—it all adds up!
