Sign up at the top of the page, then download the calendar. Each day on the challenge calendar has a clickable link. You’ll see 10-minute workout videos every other day AND we are unlocking 4 GOLD LIVE workout videos, 30-45 minutes long each-- typically something you only see if you are a Get Healthy U TV GOLD member. You’ll also see some healthy habits to START doing and few things you should STOP doing.
During these 60 days, you’ll want to keep your eye on your inbox. Each week, you’ll receive an email full of all kinds of advice, tips and FREE content that will help you with the challenge.
